De la forma en que Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), expresa su dolor, duelo e incluso, alcanza la redenci\u00f3n al crecimiento espiritual de Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach). Lo cierto es que la fren\u00e9tica actividad de la cocina, es el centro y refugio del grupo de protagonistas dispares <a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2024\/06\/the-bear-tercera-temporada-critica-la-mejor-y-mas-emotiva-hasta-la-fecha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de la producci\u00f3n<\/a>. Pero mucho m\u00e1s, es el s\u00edmbolo de c\u00f3mo una circunstancia en apariencia cotidiana, como cocinar, <strong>puede volverse un lenguaje para narrar de forma sencilla, lo que ata\u00f1e a la naturaleza humana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hasta ahora, el centro de este escenario ha sido El Original Beef of Chicagoland, que pas\u00f3, a finales de la temporada dos, a ser el gran proyecto de Carmy. Y aunque se trata de un restaurante ficticio, buena parte de su actividad y organizaci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.admagazine.com\/articulos\/the-bear-el-restaurante-real-que-inspiro-la-serie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se basa en uno real<\/a>. Mr Beef, ubicado tambi\u00e9n en Chicago, se especializa en sandwiches de carne y todo tipo de comida r\u00e1pida basada en embutidos. Lo que le ha convertido en uno de los m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de la ciudad. <strong>Ahora mucho m\u00e1s, gracias a la fama expeditiva que <em>The Bear<\/em> ha dejado a su paso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pero no se trata del \u00fanico establecimiento real que <em><a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2024\/07\/the-bear-3-cosas-que-la-nueva-temporada-hace-mejor-que-las-otras\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Bear<\/a><\/em> ha incluido en su argumento. Tambi\u00e9n, en uno, el que aprendi\u00f3 la disciplina que intenta trasladar al restaurante familiar. Y menciona un nombre: The French Laundry. Para ser m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico, t<strong>ambi\u00e9n dice que trabaj\u00f3 junto al chef Thomas Keller.<\/strong> Asimismo, vuelve a mencionar el punto en episodio inicial de la tercera entrega, <em>Tomorrow<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomaskeller.com\/tfl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">El local es real<\/a> y adem\u00e1s, tiene tres Estrellas Michelin en su haber. Fundado en 2007, se especializa en comida francesa de alta calidad, que se cocina a diario y a pedido de los clientes. Pero adem\u00e1s, es reconocido por su experimentaci\u00f3n en platillos y adem\u00e1s, una larga e ilustre carrera de acoger a chefs novatos en su cocina. En especial, por permitir al primo Richie una redenci\u00f3n que complet\u00f3 de forma brillante su arco como personaje. Pero en medio de todo el aprendizaje y nuevas habilidades del personaje, hay un escenario que reluce por su significado. Se trata de Ever, en la ficci\u00f3n uno de los restaurantes m\u00e1s <strong>exclusivos de Chicago y un lugar de considerable importancia para Carmy.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fuera del argumento de la serie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever-restaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Ever<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>es un restaurante de dos Estrellas Michelin que pertenece a los chefs Curtis Duffy y Michael Muser.
