Es habitual intercambiar trucos para que estas se hagan m\u00e1s llevaderas. \u00bfPero cu\u00e1les de esos <strong>remedios contra las agujetas <\/strong>funcionan realmente?<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que este <strong>dolor muscular post ejercicio <\/strong>est\u00e1 rodeado de muchos mitos. Sin ir m\u00e1s lejos, su propio origen ha sido muy controvertido y durante much\u00edsimos a\u00f1os se ha asociado con una idea equivocada. Por eso, no es extra\u00f1o que tambi\u00e9n se hable de remedios contra las agujetas que, en realidad, no tienen ning\u00fan tipo de <strong>evidencia cient\u00edfica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En este art\u00edculo vamos a ver algunos trucos que s\u00ed cuentan con estudios cient\u00edficos que los respaldan. Algunos deben llevarse a cabo <strong>antes del entrenamiento<\/strong> y otros <strong>despu\u00e9s. <\/strong>Pero, sea como sea, todos parecen tener cierta eficacia. De ah\u00ed el nombre.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico es una sustancia que se genera en las c\u00e9lulas de los m\u00fasculos cuando se descomponen los carbohidratos para obtener energ\u00eda en condiciones bajas de ox\u00edgeno. L\u00f3gicamente, se produce en grandes cantidades durante el ejercicio. Por eso se pensaba que podr\u00eda tener relaci\u00f3n con las agujetas. Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda se sabe que no es as\u00ed y que, de hecho, <a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2024\/08\/michael-phelps-imane-khelif-ventaja-genetica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">su producci\u00f3n es beneficiosa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque actualmente sigue habiendo algunas dudas sobre el <strong>origen de las agujetas<\/strong>, la idea m\u00e1s aceptada es que las microrroturas que se producen en el m\u00fasculo a causa del esfuerzo dan lugar a una <strong>reacci\u00f3n inflamatoria<\/strong>. Los mejores resultados se encontraron con el consumo de <strong>dos tazas de caf\u00e9 una hora antes del ejercicio<\/strong>, ya que los deportistas que lo hicieron vieron una reducci\u00f3n del 48% en el dolor de sus agujetas. \u00bfSignifica eso que siempre la dosis debe ser de dos tazas de caf\u00e9? No necesariamente. La tolerancia a la cafe\u00edna var\u00eda mucho entre personas. No obstante, si queremos probar remedios contra las agujetas que funcionen, es una buena opci\u00f3n ir probando a subir la dosis de cafe\u00edna poco a poco para encontrar la cantidad perfecta que Puede parecer un mito, pero hay varios estudios que demuestran que su alto contenido en <strong>antocianinas<\/strong>, unas sustancias con gran poder <strong>antiinflamatorio<\/strong>, ayuda a disminuir el dolor muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que la mayor\u00eda de estos estudios encuentran la utilidad de este zumo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9306613\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">si se consume antes y durante el entrenamiento<\/a>.
