La compa\u00f1\u00eda ha desvelado en esta feria el <strong>Snapdragon X<\/strong>, un nuevo integrante de su familia de chips para PCs que apunta a ser clave en la estrategia expansiva que la marca est\u00e1 ejecutando en dicha industria.<\/p>\n<p>Desde un punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, este procesador se sit\u00faa por detr\u00e1s del <strong>Snapdragon X Elite y el Snapdragon X Plus<\/strong>. Pero lo hace de manera deliberada. El objetivo de Qualcomm con este chip es posicionarse en rangos de precio inferiores donde la demanda y los vol\u00famenes de venta son mucho m\u00e1s altos. Dicho de otro modo: con el Snapdragon X, la empresa no busca ser un referente t\u00e9cnico, sino incrementar su cuota de mercado y acercar las bondades de la arquitectura ARM a un abanico mucho m\u00e1s amplio de clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograrlo, eso s\u00ed, <strong>Qualcomm ha tomado como base toda la innovaci\u00f3n de los Snapdragon X Elite y Snapdragon X Plus<\/strong>. De hecho, la CPU monta los mismos n\u00facleos Oryon que el resto de versiones, pero var\u00eda el n\u00famero de <em>cores<\/em> que se monta y la frecuencia de los mismos.<\/p>\n<figure 100vw, 780px\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>En concreto, el Snapdragon X llega en una \u00fanica versi\u00f3n con <strong>CPU de 8 n\u00facleos Oyron de alto rendimiento<\/strong>, 30 MB de cach\u00e9 total, una frecuencia m\u00e1xima de 3.0 GHz, sin modo <em>boost<\/em>, una GPU Adreno de 1,7 TFLOPS y una NPU de 45 TOPS. Y, como hemos visto tambi\u00e9n con los X Elite y X Plus, <strong>Qualcomm gana por goleada<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, apunta a un rango de precio en particular: <strong>los 600 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>. Es decir: precios bastante asequibles y en los que se producen el grueso de las compras en mercados como el espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda estadounidense, adem\u00e1s, ha dejado entrever que este chip tambi\u00e9n ver\u00e1 la luz en miniPCs de sobremesa al estilo Mac mini, lo que supone un movimiento interesante si se tiene en cuenta que, hasta ahora, los Snapdragon X <a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2023\/10\/qualcomm-snapdragon-x-elite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elite<\/a> y X <a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2024\/09\/qualcomm-snapdragon-x-plus-8-nucleos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plus<\/a> siempre se han incorporado en port\u00e1tiles.
